I open this to say, I have with me the sea opera glass I imported for Silas. and it is about time it was leaving for the states by Express. At present I am so poor I cannot afford to pay the express charges and have a tin box made to put it in. Won't you take it and send it to him. I will give it to you when you come through [Vancouver?] or I will (if I have to leave before you get there) leave it at Maj Alvords to get as you come through.
