My dear Son

I have enclosed a letter which came here yesterday. On opening it inferred it was to Sophie from Emma. I don’t know where Sophie is or I should have sent it to her. I am improving somewhat in health but find it very tedious shall probably remain until 1st Oct Julias throat is getting better
