EDWARD PEARCE CASEY,
ARCHITECT,
171 BROADWAY,
CORNER CORTLANDT STREET
New York, Feb. 11th, 1896
My dear Father,
I have just received your letter of yesterday and also mother's of the same date. I am very much obliged for the enclosed check.
I went to see Julia on Sunday and found her sitting up. They were both very pleasant + inquired after you all.
I supposed Mr. Green will be here this week as he said he was going to the Architectural League dinner.
Your affec. son
Ned
