among them. I haven't seen anyone yet that I know, but may fall in with someone [during?] the week. What kind of weather are you having in Washington? [Phaps/perhaps?] it is cooler than it was. This is quite a nice house only there is no water view. The food is pretty good. Old Coswell keeps the shanty, or hotel you might call it.
There is a new dock built this side of the south Pier and a building [?] up at the [far end?] of it. There are also three new cottages in the cliffs. one beyond aunt Catherines.
