there. Aunt Mamie wanted [me?] to go down to East Hampton for a short time- but I guess there is not anything there to speak of. I think the farm is a pretty good old place after all, and we can have a lot of fun this summer. [I. or J. ?] Stillman has a boat, in cruising around the Bay &C like on our trip to Providence. Our examination in Botany was a regular [pudding?], and most of us got out in about an hour. I hope it will grow cooler pretty soon as this weather is the worst kind to go about in. I think I should like to go down to the farm pretty soon if it is to be roasting in Washington.
