I have read in the papers that the Board of Trustees upon the submission of the report of their committee have decided not to continue the examination by us - not even the investigation of the strength of the bridge.

I have received no notice as yet from Mayor Low of the discussion before the Board nor of the result, as expected from him - it may however be preparing.
