Arthur Kill Bridge (1)
The Board is of opinion that the Arthur Kill Bridge in its present unfinished condition is, and if completed on its present plan will continue to be an obstruction to commerce to an extent that is not necessary and should not be permitted.
The Board approves of the plan recommended for this bridge by the Board of Engineers in its report of Sept 2, 1886, + is of opinion that the bridge should originally have been built on that plan.
