To confirm my promise to you of today . a letter received by me from Isaac L. Fisher agent of Perth Amboy Towing Line (Lehigh Valley R. R.) he writes .

"I beg leave to say that the tows will reach the bridge at 9-30 a.m. March 31st" - we leave the Battery at 8-30 sharp. I have so notified all parties.
