I enclose an invitation for yrself & fellow members of your Board. it seems as if the time of 10 o'clk did not suit the Penn. as they will have Tows of Barges at the Bridge sight about 9-30 we are in communication with Senator Fry to chance the hour of starting to 8-30, consequently I have delayed writing until today & hope your committee will accept & take the sail with us.
