My dear Sir

You will confer a great favor upon me, if you will kindly permit bearer to make copies of the new matter filed by the opponents of the Arthur Kill Bridge yesterday.

Mr. Mac Farland wishes to refer to this matter in his printed argument.

If you can put the bearer in the way of getting access to these papers today, I will be able to file Mr. Mac Farlands argument with the Board on Monday next.
