I am in receipt of your letter of 8th. inst., advising me that your Board will afford parties in interest a hearing on Wednesday, March 14th. 1888 at 11 o'clock in Room 48 Army Building, New York City.

I have advised all parties representing our Company to have everything in shape as directed.
